I thought it would be fun to add the images from the potato seed, potato eye cutting done on 2/14/16 and the planting done on 2/16/26. Three months, almost to the day from planting to harvesting, enjoy!

Impressive that’s a lot of potatoes. I can’t imagine the idea of it Great work by all involved
That is the biggest haul yet, there are a lot of family and friends that benefit from that little plat of land. The Cow peas, or Tall Peas go in next.
